Carboxylated nitrile rubber XY802
Product Details
Carboxylated nitrile latex is a copolymer produced through emulsion copolymerization using butadiene, acrylonitrile and carboxyl-containing monomers (such as methyl acrylate) as the main raw materials. Its molecular weight and particle size distribution are uniform, and it possesses properties such as oil resistance, solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance, etc. Moreover, it has better stability than natural latex and can be cross-linked with metal oxides. This product is widely used in oil-resistant gloves, non-woven fabric adhesives, condoms and other fields.
Wide adaptability:
The product has stable performance and good process adaptability as well as moderate dehydration properties, suitable for the production of 3.0g to 12g inspection gloves.
Oil-resistant:
Synthetic rubber, with high oil resistance, resistance to organic solvents (non-polar), and other properties.
Excellent physical properties:
It possesses excellent physical properties, capable of simultaneously meeting the physical requirements of European standards (EN455-2) and American standards (ASTMD6319) for inspection gloves.
Compliant with REACH regulations:
The product does not contain APEO (alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether OPEO, NPEO, etc.), meeting the requirements of REACH regulations.
Low odor:
The deaeration time in the production process is long, and the residual acrylonitrile content is low. The finished products and glove products have low odor.
