Product Details

Carboxylated nitrile latex is prepared by copolymerizing acrylonitrile, butadiene and a carboxyl-containing third monomer (such as methyl acrylate) through emulsion polymerization. During the preparation process, a composite emulsifier (such as alkylbenzenesulfonate and linear diethanolamide) is used. By optimizing the ratio and polymerization process, the uniformity of particle size dispersion and chemical stability are improved.

Chemical properties: The content of acrylonitrile for bonding is 32 ± 2%, pH value is 7.5 - 10. After neutralization treatment (neutralization degree > 90%), the bonding strength significantly increases.

Physical properties: Solid content is 44 ± 0.5%, viscosity is less than 100 mPa·s, no protein is contained, and the product has no risk of allergic reaction.

Performance advantages: Oil resistance, solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, etc. It has good anti-permeation property, elongation performance, tensile strength and durability.
