Carboxylated nitrile latex DF608
Product Details
The carboxylated nitrile latex is formed by the emulsion copolymerization of acrylonitrile, butadiene and a carboxyl-containing third monomer (such as methyl acrylate). During the preparation process, a composite emulsifier (such as alkylbenzenesulfonate and linear diethanolamide) is used. By optimizing the ratio and polymerization process, the uniformity of particle size dispersion and chemical stability have been improved.
Foaming/Milling Process Design:
Excellent foaming and stabilizing effects, high stability, specially designed for foaming/milling processes.
Soft feel:
Comfortable to wear, good flexibility resistance, excellent wear resistance, effectively enhancing grip force.
Wear-resistant and durable:
Enables the glove products to have excellent wear resistance (meeting the highest wear grade in GB24541) and durability.
Complies with REACH regulations:
The product does not contain APEO (alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether OPEO, NPEO, etc.), meeting the requirements of REACH regulations.
Low odor:
Long degassing time in the production process, low residual acrylonitrile content, and low odor for both the finished product and the glove products.
